Personal assistant of President, assistant to Logistics Department
• Planning and on-time correction of changes in GM’s work schedule.
• Organization and planning of business/personal meetings and trips for General Manager (booking of
air tickets, online check-in, constant controlling of Miles&More cards’ balance, hotel reservation using
the web-system www.booking.com, payment arrangement for accommodation (by corporate credit
card), transfer arrangements, visa supports and registration in Kazakhstan and other countries of
the CIS (ex. Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan) for GM).
• Carrying out of GM’s daily business and personal issues in operative and confidential way.

• Business corresponding with partners and suppliers in English and Turkish languages.
• Translation of correspondences, contracts, technical passports for equipment into/from English
• Preparation and organization of GM’s and office’s staff work places (checking functionality of office
equipment (scanner, fax, copy machines, DTS), stationeries, office utility services)
• Daily checking of corporate mobile phones’ balance, timely payment arrangement, research of
mobile service providing market (tracing of discount and tariffing systems), making contracts with
mobile service Providers.
• Controlling of execution of GM”s orders and instructions.
• Work with accountant documents (tracing of invoices, acts and bills)
• Planning monthly office expense budget
• Meeting, accommodating and accompanying of partners, clients and guests of the company.
• Controlling of rented apartments for foreign staff, contacting with apartments’ Owners, payment for
utility services every month
• Daily general office work (incoming/outgoing telephone calls acceptance and distribution, registration
of correspondences, making of Labor contracts, orders for staff hiring/firing)
• Work with customs and logistic documents (translation of invoices, packing lists, payment
arrangement to Customs Committee of RK, freight pick-ups from airport and Alter stores)
• Visa support arrangements for foreign staff and partners, hotel reservation in Kazakhstan, Europe,
USA and other countries. Organization of business trips for local staff (preparation of all necessary
documents for work, air/railway tickets, confirmation of hotel reservation from a hotel)..Experience
with applying for visas to different foreign Embassies, located in Almaty and Astana (ex. France,
USA, Canada (via MOM service), Hungary, UAE, Czech Republic (Astana)
• Preparation and collection of Tender documents.
• Arrangement of shipping process (work with courier services).
• Work experience with organization and collection of documents for getting of official permission for
providing structural, project designing and installation kinds of work from local authorities (Official Work
License).
• Organization of procedures for receipt of work permission (visa category ЖЕВ) for foreign staff of
company (collecting and preparing all personal data, invitation letters in both Kazakh/Russian
languages, necessary arrangements for opening of deposit account in the Bank).
• Work experience with registration of new company (LLP) in proper local governmental department
(Public Service Center), collecting of set of documents for getting permission for office re-constructional
work from local authorities, receiving of technical passport for re-constructed building and electronic tax
key.
