• Coordinating Work Permit System • Preparing permits for ongoing works • Keeping permit database up to date • Reviewing and revising all HSE (Health Safety and Environment) related documentation • Safety Task analysing / Risk Assessment • Conducting HSE audits on workshops, on project sites and plant • Muster Warden in case of gas release or any other emergencies which requires immediate response, evacuation and mustering • Participate in accident/incident investigations, assist project supervisors to gather information related to the investigation • Observation of compliance with safety rules and regulations by personnel on site. • Teaching BBS, HazID, JHA TC courses for Kentech GUP project workers.
